Stretches for Work-Related Tightness

Working or doing schoolwork remotely has created many challenges to everyone, including creating a comfortable place to work. If you are using a kitchen table, or a couch with pillows as your new desk, you most likely have found yourself with some stress and strain in your upper body, primarily in your neck and shoulders. In addition to continuing to include physical activity, take time each day to do some simple stretches to help relieve stress or tension in the upper body.
