Social distancing combined with remote school and work has limited our opportunities to be active and created barriers that may not have been there before.  However, especially during this time of greater stress and anxiety, movement is a great benefit for  both our physical and mental health. Try incorporating small, short bursts of movement or relaxation throughout the day.
