Today is the first day of April and a great time to start the month off with a fitness challenge, a 30 Day Plank Challenge! The plank pose is an excellent exercise that can be done literally anywhere, with no equipment needed, in very little time, and bonus, has many great benefits. Planking increases core strength which helps improve posture , increase balance and minimize pain or stress to the lower back.
